poblaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Respuesta a Emergencias:<\/strong> Coordinar y dirigir acciones de respuesta r\u00e1pida y eficiente ante la ocurrencia de desastres naturales o situaciones de emergencia, asegurando la protecci\u00f3n y el bienestar de los ciudadanos.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Recuperaci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Implementar medidas de recuperaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n post-desastre, facilitando la pronta vuelta a la normalidad de las \u00e1reas afectadas y apoyando a las comunidades en la reconstrucci\u00f3n.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos y Recursos:<\/strong> Administrar y gestionar recursos, tanto financieros como materiales, destinados a la prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de emergencias y desastres.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Coordinaci\u00f3n Interinstitucional:<\/strong> Trabajar en conjunto con otras entidades gubernamentales, organizaciones no gubernamentales y la comunidad para fortalecer la capacidad de respuesta y la resiliencia ante eventos adversos.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left;\">A
